INGREDIENTS Used: Corriander (ಧನಿಯಾ) Jeera (ಜೀರಿಗೆ) Clove (ಲವಂಗ) Cardamom (ಯಾಲಕ್ಕಿ) Pepper (ಮೆಣಸು) Cinnammon (ಚಕ್ಕೆ) Chakkara Moggu (ಚಕ್ಕೆರೆ ಮೊಗ್ಗು) Moggu (ಮೊಗ್ಗು) Poppy Seeds (ಗಸಗಸೆ) ChannaDal (ಕಡ್ಲೆ ಬೇಳೆ) Moong Dal (ಹೆಸರು ಬೇಳೆ) Urad Dal (ಉದ್ದಿನ ಬೇಳೆ) Dry Red Chillies (ಒಣ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ) Ingu (ಇಂಗು) HOW TO COOK: For 5 Serving COOK: 100 Gms of Toor Dal + 3 Cups Water + 1/2 Ghee + 1 Pinch of Turmeric Powder, 4 Tomatoes + 1 Chopped Onion + 1 Bunch Palak + 1/2 Bunch Fenugreek Leaves + 1/2 Bunch Dill leaves + 1 Bunch Amaranth Leaves OR Same Procedure with Suitable Vegetables – for CURRY GRIND: 1 1/2 tbsp of FreshOn SAMBAR And Curry Powder + 3 tbsp of Coconut + add chilies (red chill powder) + 1/2 cup Water, Add to cooked dal and vegetables. Add 1 1/2 tbsp of tamarind pulp ( 1.5 tamarind: water) + salt + 1 tbsp of Jaggery boil for 5 minutes. HEAT: 1/2 tbsp of ghee in a pan: crackle 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, curry leaves and garlic and add it to SAMBAR Ready to EAT 😋😋😋😋😋
